GridBoss ("we," "us," or "our") is a field service management platform operated by Richard P Scott & Associates LLC. Our website is gridboss.io.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, company name, and password when you create an account.
• Customer data — names, phone numbers, email addresses, and service addresses that our subscribers enter for their customers.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and general analytics to improve the product.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the GridBoss platform.
• To send transactional SMS messages (appointment reminders, job updates, invoice payment links) on behalf of our subscriber companies to their customers.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

GridBoss sends SMS messages to end customers of our subscriber companies. These messages include appointment reminders, job status updates, technician arrival notifications, and invoice payment links. Message frequency varies based on service activity.

Consent:Before receiving text messages, end customers provide verbal or written consent to the service business during booking or onboarding (via phone, in-person, or online). The service business informs the customer that they will receive transactional text messages and the customer confirms. GridBoss records the consent timestamp when the customer's contact information is saved to the platform.

Message and data rates may apply. End customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not use phone numbers collected through the platform for marketing purposes. SMS is used solely for transactional service notifications.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Twilio — to deliver SMS messages.
• Resend — to deliver transactional email notifications such as invoices and estimates.
• Stripe — to process subscription payments and customer invoice payments.
• Intuit QuickBooks — if you enable the QuickBooks integration, to sync invoices and customer data with your accounting software.
• Google Cloud Platform — to host and operate the service.
• Firebase (Google) — for authentication services.

Third-party integrations (such as QuickBooks and Stripe Connect) are optional and only activated when you explicitly connect them in your account settings. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. Sensitive credentials are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager.

We retain account and customer data for as long as your subscription is active. When you cancel, we retain data for up to 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted upon request.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
